Sparring Gloves Measurements

Where to Measure

Measure around your palm at the widest point, just below the knuckles.

Leather Squeeze

Our gloves are made from genuine leather, they may fit snugger at the start, but will loosen after 5-10 sparring sessions.

Finger Thickness

If you are on the border between two sizes, and your fingers are thicker than average, we recommend selecting the larger size up. However, slender fingers should select the size down.
