Account
To apply for a wholesale account, please visit our wholesale information page.
Click on the account icon and then select Profile. This will take you to your profile page where you can update your account details.
If you are a Location Admin, you can see which of your employees have access to the account.
To access the Bulk Order Form, you will need to log in under the same email your wholesale account was created under.
If you are unsure of the email that is filed, please email wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Orders
In cases where demand exceeds expectations and we’re unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 1 business day. You can substitute the out-of-stock item for an in-stock item. For special requests concerning backorders please email wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Please take pictures of the items and email us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com within 5 business days of receiving the product so we can replace the item(s).
We take a lot of pride in the speed at which our warehouse and fulfillment team operate.
One you receive your tracking details, unfortunately, we are unable to update your order. If you find that you need to update your order before you receive the tracking information, please give us a call at 310.893.0400 ext. 5 to make any changes.
Payment
We offer 30-day payment terms for qualifying domestic wholesalers, and 60-day payment terms for qualifying international wholesalers.
The customer must have a credit card saved in their store Profile to receive payment terms.
To request an increase on your credit limit for payment terms, please contact us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Product
New collections are stocked every 3-4 months. To stay up to date on new releases and restocking updates we recommend reading our Gracie Wholesale Insider. Contact us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com to be added to the Gracie Wholesale Insider newsletter.
Returns
As a Wholesale Account, you are able to return any item within 30 days from purchase date for a refund.
After the 30 days, we can process returns up to one year from the purchase date for store credit.
All returns and exchanges for purchases made at a reseller location or Gracie Certified Training Centers must be processed directly through the original place of purchase.
For returns purchases, be sure to issue a refund to the customer.
For exchanges, you should attempt to complete the exchange with your own stock on-hand. If you do not have an exchange item available, you can place an order from GracieLifestyle.com.
Shipping
Delivery dates are determined by the time of purchase, the shipping method selected, the size of the order, the distance the shipment travels, as well as local weather conditions.
Yes, we ship Internationally from our warehouse in Torrance, CA, but as a Wholesale Account, you can also check out our International Distribution Centers.
You will receive the tracking details via email once your order is picked up by the carrier. You can also log into your account to review your order tracking details.
Our system is set up so all the custom fees are paid up front at checkout to make sure your order isn't held in customs during the shipping process.
If your shipment is showing as delivered but it was not received, file a loss/theft report with the carrier. Give the carrier five (5) business days to do some digging. They are great at locating missing packages.
If your shipment is delivered but is damaged, please contact wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Custom Orders
Yes. The minimum quantity (MOQ) will be called out in the product descriptions.
You will receive your Custom Order between 3-4 weeks from ordering. If you haven't received an email notification with your tracking details after that time frame, please email us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
