Account
To apply for a wholesale account, please visit our wholesale information page. Once your account is created, you can access your wholesale privileges upon logging in.
Once logged into your account, clicking on the Account Icon and then select Profile. This will allow you to update your name, add to your address book, and vault a credit card. If you are a Location Admin, you can see all of the employees in your company with access to your account.
In order to access the pages restricted only for wholesale viewing, such as the Bulk Order Form, you will need to confirm you are logged in under the same email your wholesale account was created under. If you have questions on this, please email wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Orders
Some item's demand may exceed our expectations. In the unlikely case that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will offer an alternative item or refund and ship the rest of your order. If the item(s) is/are scheduled to be restocked, we will ship the missing item(s) upon arrival in the warehouse - usually within 4 to 8 weeks. For special requests concerning back-orders please email wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Please take pictures of the items and email us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com within 5 business days of receiving the product so we can replace the item(s).
We take a lot of pride in the speed at which our warehouse and fulfillment team operate. It's typically a great thing when you place an order and it's shipped quickly -- that is until you want to make a change! One you receive your tracking details, unfortunately, we are unable to update your order. If you find that you need to update your order before you receive the tracking information, please give us a call at 310.893.0400 ext. 5 to make any changes.
Payment
We offer 30-day payment terms for qualifying domestic wholesalers, and 60-day payment terms for qualifying international wholesale customers. The customer must have a credit card vaulted in their account to receive payment terms.
To request an increase in your credit limit for payment terms, please contact us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com. Credit limit increases are determined based on your tenure as a wholesaler, payment history, and the number of students or customers in your network.
Product
New collections are dropped every 3-4 months. To keep up with our new releases, we recommend reading our Gracie Wholesale Insider. If you haven't received an Insider, we recommend checking or spam folder or contact us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com and we will be sure you are added to the list.
Returns
As a Wholesale Account, you are able to return any item within 30-days from purchase date for a full refund. After the 30-days, we can process returns up to one year from purchase date for a store credit.
All returns or exchanges for products purchased from our resellers or Gracie Certified Training Centers must be handled directly through the place of purchase.
For exchanges, you should attempt to complete the exchange with your own stock on-hand. If you do not have it available, you can place an order for the requested item. If you choose not to place an order for the item, you should issue them a refund so the student can make a new purchase online for their requested item.
Shipping
Shipments are dependent on the days the order was placed, the size of the order, the shipping method selected, and the weather. Please allow 2-5 business days once you receive the tracking information in a separate email. For FedEx shipments, and the delivery estimations are determined by zones - you can view the domestic mapping here.
We do ship Internationally from our warehouse in Torrance, CA, but as a Wholesale Account, you can also check out our International Distribution Centers.
Once our Warehouse Team finishes packing your order, they will print your shipping label and you will receive the tracking details in a separate email. You can also log into your account to review your orders and get your shipment's tracking details.
Our system is set up so all the custom fees are paid up front at checkout to make sure your order isn't held in customs during the Shipping Process. We are unable to adjust product value. This ensures that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
If the packaging of your order arrived damaged, please take a picture of it prior to opening it and reviewing the content and contact us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com so we can file a claim with the postal service and get a replacement shipment out to you. If your tracking shows as delivered, but you have not received your shipment, please contact us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
Custom Orders
Yes. The minimum quantity varies based on the item selected and the MOQ will be called out in the product descriptions.
You will receive your Custom Order between 3-4 weeks. If you haven't received an email notification with your tracking details after that time frame, please email us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com.
