The Gracie Guarantee
Our customer service is just as important as our jiu-jitsu. We are committed to getting it right! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the returned items or an exchange for another item.
Exchanges for Fit
Our gis are not pre-shrunk, so if you find that after a few washes that it still doesn't fit quite right, send it back. Our Black Belt Customer Service ensures complete satisfaction with the style, fit, and feel of your gear.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unbeatable prices.
Damaged Items
If any item in your order arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receipt to discuss how we can make it right by clicking the link below or by emailing us at store@gracieuniversity.com.
VIP Subscriber Gifts
VIP Subscribers may request to exchange their free gift within 30 days of receipt for an alternative size. Gifts cannot be exchanged for alternative items or store credit.
Shipping Charges
Outgoing shipping charges and fees - including international customs duties and taxes - are non-refundable.

Start Your Return
Domestic Orders
Click the link below to start our streamlined return process. You will be asked to provide your order number and email address, after which you will be walked through the process can select the item(s) that you will be returning and decide between a refund or exchange.
If you choose to exchange your item for one of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost. Any exchanges for items of lesser value will result in a refund for the price difference.
Please Note: Gracie Lifestyle does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. The fees for your return shipping label will be deducted from your return total. Exchange shipments are always free to the customer!

International Orders
Our online returns portal does not support international return at this time. To start your return, please email us at store@gracieuniversity.com. Include your order number and the product(s) that you would like to return. If you would like to exchange these items for something else from our store, please let us know your color and/or size selection if applicable.
Once reviewed, we will provide you will an RMA Number to include with your return shipment. We recommend noting the RMA Number on the exterior of the package, in addition to including it inside to ensure timely processing. All returns will be sent to Gracie University Headquarters at the address below.

Please Note: Gracie Lifestyle does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as Gracie Lifestyle cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
