Account

Your account is automatically created when you checkout and complete an order.

For any orders placed on or after November 20th, 2024, you can find them by clicking on the account profile icon, and ensuring you are logged in with the same email you placed the order under. For orders placed before this date, you will need to login to your customer profile for our previous website platform here.

Orders

You will receive the tracking information in an email once the shipping label is created.

To purchase any of our Gracie Survival Tactics gear, we will need to verify that your GST Certification is current or that you are registered for one of our upcoming courses. If you do not meet the qualifications, we will remove the items from your order before processing.

Free in-store pickup is an option for all customers at checkout. When selected, the address of the available pick-up location will display.

Once the order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirming that you can retrieve your order from our Student Services Team at the front desk during our facility's business hours. Your order will be held for a maximum of 25 days before you are refunded and notified. If you won't be able to make it within the 25 days, please email us at store@gracieuniversity.com  to update your pickup time in the system.

In cases where demand exceeds expectations and we’re unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 1 business day. You can substitute the out-of-stock item for an in-stock item.

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what our Gracie Guarantee includes:

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund on the returned items or exchange it for something else. *All Clearance items are final sale.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 1 PM (PT) are processed, packed and shipped the same business day to ensure a speedy delivery.
  • Exchanges for Gi's Fit: If, after a few washes, you find that your Gi still doesn’t fit quite right, you can send it back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for additional details.
  • Shipping: We are happy to cover the shipping costs for your outbound exchange orders or replacement items. Please see our Return Policy for additional details.

Yes, we have a six month warranty.  If you find that there is a quality issue with our products within six months of purchase date, please contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com or call us at 310.893.0400 ext.5.

You can shop for Gracie Lifestyle merchandise and return or exchange purchases at Gracie University Headquarters.

Product

Review the size charts available for each garment. If you are still uncertain, contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com and we will help guide you to the best fit. Please provide the following:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Waist measurements
  • Chest measurements

Gi shrinking considerations:

  • To shrink your gi, wash the gi in hot water and dry in high heat to reduce the size by a few inches. You may have to repeat the cycle an additional 1-2 times.

Wash info:

  • Wash your gi in cold water with detergent immediately after training to avoid discoloration and odor. Do not use bleach. Alternatively, we recommend using a splash of distilled white vinegar.

Drying info:

  • Dry your gi on low heat.

Returns

We are happy to process gift returns for store credit and exchanges within 30 days. Go to our return portal to start a gift return or exchange.

You can return or exchange your order at the location where you purchased your Gracie Lifestyle merchandise. Gracie Lifestyle only accepts orders purchased through GracieLifestyle.com.

Shipping

Delivery dates are determined by the time of purchase, the shipping method selected, the size of the order, the distance the shipment travels, as well as local weather conditions.

Yes. We ship globally to any country that doesn't  have restrictions.

We take a lot of pride in the speed at which our warehouse and fulfillment team operate.

One you receive your tracking details, unfortunately, we are unable to update your order. If you find that you need to update your order before you receive the tracking information, please give us a call at 310.893.0400 ext. 5 to make any changes.

If your shipment is showing as delivered but it was not received, file a loss/theft report with the carrier. Give the carrier five (5) business days to do some digging. They are great at locating missing packages.

If your shipment is delivered but is damaged, please contact store@gracieuniversity.com.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund your money on the returned items, no questions asked.
