Account
Your account is automatically created when you checkout and complete an order.
Because we migrated our website to a new platform in November 2024, all customers after this date will have a new Gracie Lifestyle account created as they shop with us.
For any orders placed on or after November 20th, 2024, you can find them by clicking on the account profile icon, and ensuring you are logged in with the same email you placed the order under. For orders placed before this date, you will need to login to your customer profile for our previous website platform here.
Orders
You will receive the tracking information in an email once the shipping label is created.

After making a purchase with Gracie Survival Tactics Gear, we will need to verify your active GST certification or upcoming training location in order to process your order. If you do not meet the qualifications, we will remove the items from your order before processing.
In-Store Pick-up is an option for all customers, and will remove shipping charges. When selected, the address of the available pick-up location will display.

Once the order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirming that you can retrieve your order from our Student Services Team at the front desk during our facility's business hours. Your order will be held for a maximum of 25 days before you are refunded and notified. If you won't be able to make it within the 25 days, please email us at store@gracieuniversity.com to update your pickup time in the system.
Some item's demand may exceed our expectations. In the unlikely case that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified of any delay in the shipment of your order. If you wish to substitute an in-stock item for the back-ordered merchandise, please contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com.
We stand behind our products, and we want you to love your purchase. Here’s what our Gracie Guarantee covers:
- Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund on the returned items or an exchange for another item. *All Clearance Items are final sale - only damaged items may be returned*
- Black Belt Customer Service: Our customer service is just as important as our jiu-jitsu. We are committed to getting it right!
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 1 PM (PT) are processed, packed and shipped the same business day to ensure a speedy delivery.
- Exchanges for Fit: Our gis are not pre-shrunk, so if you find that after a few washes that it still doesn't fit quite right, send it back. Our Black Belt Customer Service ensures complete satisfaction with the style, fit, and feel of your gear. Please see our Exchange/Return Policy for additional details.
- Shipping for Returns: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, but we will gladly cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item back to you. Please see our Exchange/Return Policy for additional details.

Yes, we have a six month warranty. If you find that there is a quality issue with our products within six months of purchase date, please contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com or call us at 310.893.0400 ext.5.

Product
If you have reviewed the size charts for each garment, and are still uncertain, contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com and we will help guide you to the best fit. Please provide the following:
- For gi sizes: height and weight measurements
- For gi bottom sizes: waist measurements
- For tops: chest measurements
Gi shrinking considerations:
- None of our gis come pre-shrunk, so they might seem bigger than expected upon receiving them. Wash the gi in hot water and dry in high heat to reduce its size by a few inches. You may have to repeat the cycle an additional 1-2 times.
Wash info:
- Wash your Training Gear in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after training to avoid discoloration and odor. Do not use bleach, otherwise the embroidery will fade and the cotton lifespan will reduce. Alternatively, we recommend using a splash of white vinegar.
Drying info:
- You can dry your gis on a low heat cycle. We recommend you hang dry your dry-fits and rash guards.
Returns

We are able to process refunds to the purchasers, but as the recipient, we are happy to process an exchange, or issue store credit for the item as long as it is within 30-days from the purchase date. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy for additional details.
You will return or exchange your item at your place of purchase. Gracie Lifestyle only accepts returns purchased through GracieLifestyle.com. If you run into issues processing exchanges/returns with your Certified Training Center, please contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com.
Shipping
Delivery dates are determined by the time of purchase, the shipping method, the size of the order, the distance the shipment travels, as well as the weather. Estimate 2-5 business days for Domestic Orders, but International Orders are rup to around 10 business days. Once our team finishes packing your order, they will create your shipping label and you will immediately receive an email with tracking information to keep an eye on your shipment. For FedEx shipments, the delivery estimations are determined by zones - you can view the domestic mapping here.
Yes. We ship globally to any country that doesn't have restrictions.
We offer reasonable shipping costs. If you find that your shipping fees are abnormal, contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com and we will investigate the issue.
We take a lot of pride in the speed at which our warehouse and fulfillment team operate. It's typically a great thing when you place an order and it's shipped quickly -- that is until you want to make a change!
One you receive your tracking details, unfortunately, we are unable to update your order. If you find that you need to update your order before you receive the tracking information, please give us a call at 310.893.0400 ext. 5 to make any changes.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund your money on the returned items, no questions asked.
