To start a return, please email us at wholesale@gracieuniversity.com with your order number and the product(s) that you would like to return.
Products are eligible for returns for store credit ONLY within 365 days from the time of purchase (outgoing shipping charges will not be credited).
Products must be in re-sellable condition.
Please note, Gracie Lifestyle does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please retain proof of postage.
