Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Our team is hard at work shipping orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse located within Gracie University Headquarters in Torrance, California.
Any orders placed during weekdays after 1 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day. We do not offer fulfillment on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note, Priority and express shipping options are not available for PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO / FPO / DPO).
Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping times are listed along side each shipping method listed at checkout, and are from the date your order is shipped. For example: if you place your order on a Tuesday at 2:15 PM PST and choose "2-3 Day Express" shipping at checkout, your order will ship by Wednesday and take 2-3 days from then.
Promotional Periods
We make every effort to ship out orders quickly. However, due to excessive demand, some shipping delays may occur during promotional periods. Please allow for longer than normal shipping & processing times.
International Shipping
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges at checkout. Your selected carrier will contact you prior to delivery for final charges. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are rejected upon delivery.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days of order confirmation. If placing an order on payment terms, please be sure to have credit card vaulted in your account to ensure seamless fulfillment.
Shipping Restrictions
Training equipment resembling weapons, such as batons, knives, and firearms, can only be delivered within the United States.
Local Pickup
If you are in the neighborhood, or just want a reason to visit jiu-jitsu heaven, we offer free local pickup. Just select Pickup in store at checkout and our team will notify you as soon as your order is ready for you. Standard processing times apply.

Checking Order Status
You will receive an email notification from us containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@gracieuniversity.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
The Gracie Guarantee
Our customer service is just as important as our jiu-jitsu. We are committed to getting it right! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the returned items or an exchange for another item.
