We value your support in spreading the Gracie Lifestyle across the globe and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within one (1) year of the purchase date. Returns received within 60 days will be refunded to the original payment method. All other returns will be refunded to store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. While we’re not able to process direct exchanges, you’re welcome to place a new order at any time, and we’ll be happy to refund your original purchase once it’s returned and inspected.
All returns must be in their original and re-sellable condition. If an item arrives damaged or is missing, it must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Once we receive and inspect your items, please allow for up to three (3) business days to process your return.
Important Note: Items purchased on "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Starting a Return
Currently, wholesale returns cannot be processed through the online returns portal. While we work on enhancing our tools, you have two options for returns.
Returning Items by Mail
To start a return, please email your order number (e.g., GL12345) and the items you are returning to wholesale@gracieuniversity.com. This will allow us to confirm that your items are still eligible.
Once confirmed, ship the items to the address below with a copy of the original invoice included inside of the package to avoid processing delays. While not required, we recommend that you email us your tracking number once you have it.

Gracie University does not cover the cost of return shipping fees and is not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the return parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please retain proof of postage as Gracie Lifestyle cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Returning Items In-Person
We love it when you visit!
Eligible returns can be dropped off with the Front Desk at Gracie University Headquarters. Please write the order number (e.g., GL12345) on the package or provide this to our team. If you are returning items from more than one order, please be sure to provide all order numbers to avoid processing delays.
Please allow for up to three (3) business days for our team to inspect and process your return.
If you plan to pick up any new items while visiting, you must place your order at least one business day in advance to allow our team enough time to prepare your order. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Wholesale orders cannot be placed through our Front Desk. If you arrive before your order is ready, no worries. Stay for class and come back once notified.
